Practice Areas: Alan McMaster has been practicing law since 1995. Mr. McMaster has experience in commercial and residential subrogation, real property disputes, property liability defense and coverage issues. He is also responsible for regional coordination of subrogation for various insurance companies.
Recent Cases: Successfully represented a client in a commercial construction loss involving AIA contracts. Successfully negotiated settlement in numerous residential subrogation matters. Successfully represented over 40 clients in a California wild land fire case resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement.
