Practice Areas: Alyssa Endelman has been practicing law since 2000 and concentrates her practice in the areas of property insurance subrogation and property insurance coverage. As counsel for plaintiffs, Ms. Endelman has experience in subrogation, property insurance, products liability, and negligence cases. She has handled all stages of litigation, including investigation, discovery, mediation, alternate dispute resolution, and trials.

Recent Cases: As a part of a litigation team, represented plaintiff insurers in the litigation involving a hydrochloric acid spill at a semi conductor plant, where total damages exceeded 100 million dollars and negotiated a favorable settlement shortly before commencing trial. Ms. Endelman has represented plaintiffs in multiple cases where damages exceeded 1 million dollars.

Education: University of Michigan (B.A.,1997); University of Miami (J.D.,cum laude, 2000).

Articles and Publications: Research and Writing Editor, University of Miami Entertainment and Sports Law Review, 1999-2000. Interned with the Honorable Thomas Wilson at the Dade County Circuit Court and Judge Michael Pincus in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
