Practice Areas: Larry Jenkins has been practicing law since 2003. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential property insurance subrogation and first party insurance coverage. As counsel for plaintiffs, Mr. Jenkins has experience in the areas of negligence law, products liability, property insurance and cases involving catastrophic damage from fire, water, wind, storms, equipment and process failures. He has experience with all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.
In addition to representing plaintiffs, Mr. Jenkins has considerable experience representing clients in civil defense cases involving personal injury, insurance coverage, automobile/no fault and general liability.
Recent Cases: As part of a litigation team, represented plaintiff insurers in a complex, seven-party lawsuit arising from a catastrophic fire at a major steel coating facility, with damages exceeding 100 million dollars. Mr. Jenkins has obtained favorable recoveries in several notable matters, including those involving large fires suffered by a newspaper publisher, a meat processing plant and a restaurant. Mr. Jenkins has handled cases throughout the country, many with damages in excess of 1 million dollars.
