Practice Areas: Michele L. Levinson has been practicing law since 2005 and concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential property subrogation. Ms. Levinson has advised clients and managed litigation involving issues of general liability in the areas of auto, homeowners, premises liability, products liability, intellectual property, business litigation, SIU, and insurance coverage. She has handled all stages of litigation, including but not limited to investigation, discovery, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and trials.
