Practice Areas: Todd Denenberg has been practicing law since 1988 and focuses his activities on first party insurance, complex subrogation, and general civil litigation. Mr. Denenberg has litigated and tried numerous multi-million dollar property insurance coverage and subrogation matters throughout the United States and the world. He is also responsible for handling subrogation and coverage cases arising out of numerous catastrophic losses caused from hurricanes, earthquakes, explosions, wildfires, land slides, and other natural and man-made disasters.
Recent Cases: Mr. Denenberg received one of the largest recent plaintiff verdicts in a subrogation case in Oakland County; as well as a no cause verdict in an arson case in Genesee County involving a prominent Genesee County resident. In 2006, after an eight week jury trial, Mr. Denenberg received a multi-million dollar verdict against one of the largest bulk material handling companies in the world. He also represented an insurer for its share of a $58 million verdict in New Orleans, the largest product liability verdict in Louisiana history.
