“I enjoy building a case from the very outset of the loss. I often have the opportunity to personally visit the loss site before it is disturbed, interview individuals, and direct the investigation; whereas in other areas of the law, the underlying facts surrounding the cause of the litigation are set by the time the attorneys are involved.”
Ryan Akers has been practicing law since 2004 and concentrates his practice in the areas of subrogation and property insurance coverage. As counsel for plaintiffs, Mr. Akers has experience in subrogation, property insurance, products liability and negligence cases. Additionally, Mr. Akers has experience handling insurance defense matters.
“One of the first things people learn about me is my family. My wife and I have four boys who constantly keep us busy and are a source of varying degrees of joy and exhaustion on a daily basis. When there is opportunity, I enjoy outdoor activities, including playing soccer, fly fishing, and following sports of all kinds.”
