Professional Background

Alyssa Endelman has been practicing law since 2000, always with a focus in the area of insurance law. For the majority of her career, she has focused on complex and technical property, energy, maritime and food recall/product contamination subrogation losses throughout the United States.

As counsel for plaintiffs on losses ranging from fires, catastrophic power outages, chemical plant losses, maritime allisions, and contaminated food, Ms. Endelman brings diverse technical experience to large losses for varied property insurance carriers, handling all stages of litigation. Ms. Endelman also manages all the property subrogation losses for an vacation ownership chain.

Ms. Endelman is a frequent speaker at the annual conference for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and has served as chair for the Michigan Chapter.

I enjoy spinning, cooking, creative writing, visiting “home” in Florida and cheering on my Michigan Wolverines! I recently started playing tennis so I can keep up with my kids, although I will never be close to on par with them!

I am constantly thinking of ideas for books and someday I hope to put pen to paper and get published.

I was scouted as an Olympic hopeful figure skater many many years ago. I still dream that I am gliding on ice skating rink somewhere.
