Bruce Moss has practiced law since 1984. Mr. Moss’ practice includes extensive trial work, representing the interests of both plaintiffs and defendants.
He has represented insurance clients in complex subrogation matters as well as in first-party, property insurance cases. He has successfully litigated numerous cases involving product design and manufacturing defects, construction defects, sprinkler system failures, fire spread, and utility company negligence. He has tried many cases to verdict in the areas of subrogation, contracts, premises liability, errors and omissions, arson and fraud, and coverage. Mr. Moss has obtained many seven figure recoveries, including, one of the largest subrogation recoveries in the state of Michigan.

Mr. Moss has handled matters throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He has presented seminars on legal topics pertinent to industry groups such as The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), and the Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) . In addition to handling subrogation matters, Mr. Moss has been involved in organizing and administering large loss subrogation programs for several carriers and third party administrators. He regularly handles matters in the context of arbitration and mediation, both voluntary and court-ordered.
