Larry W. Jenkins Jr.

Larry Jenkins has been practicing law since 2003.  He specializes in litigation of property and energy insurance subrogation matters.  He also handles many of DT’s more non-traditional subrogation matters, seeking recovery for liability insurers, product recall/contamination insurers, environmental insurers and health insurers. 

Mr. Jenkins has litigated cases throughout the United States and in other countries, frequently handling multi-million dollar matters.  He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in civil trials, arbitrations and appeals.  He has obtained favorable recoveries for domestic and international insurance clients on a wide range of losses involving fire, explosion, commercial and energy process incidents, water damage, equipment failure and structural collapse, among others.

As counsel for plaintiffs in his insurance subrogation practice, Mr. Jenkins is frequently called upon to handle factually technical and legally complex matters involving negligence, product liability, contracts and various types of insurance coverage and claims.

In addition to representing plaintiffs, Mr. Jenkins has experience representing civil defendants in lawsuits involving insurance coverage, general liability, personal injury and automobile/no-fault claims.
