Paul Casetta has been practicing law since 2005 and concentrates his practice in the area of subrogation.

Trying to verdict in Maricopa County, Arizona a seven-figure property damage claim arising from the flooding of a school, which, after settling with several other defendants before trial, resulted in a recovery in excess of what the Insurer and School District paid to remediate the flooding damage
Settling on the eve of trial with an engineer and a electrical contractor for an amount in excess of what was paid to repair the damage caused by an electrical fire at a hospital in Florida, after prevailing on several key motions that resolved important legal issues in favor of his clients
Securing an eight-figure settlement from an uninsured tool and die company that broke a die owned by a large, high-end vehicle manufacturer, which resulted in the manufacturer losing several months of production
Leveraging a seven-figure policy limits settlement from a sprinkler contractor for a large warehouse after the sprinkler system inspected by the contractor on a monthly basis failed to activate in response to an intentionally set fire
