Alyssa concentrates her practice in the area of subrogation with a focus on property, energy and marine claims. She also has experience in handling property insurance coverage matters. As counsel for plaintiffs, Alyssa handles complex and technical issues in construction, product liability and negligence matters in jurisdictions throughout the United States and abroad.
Alyssa is a frequent speaker at the annual conference for the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and currently serves as the chair for the Michigan Chapter.
