“Many subrogation cases are puzzles where we may not be able to put the pieces together…and may not even have all the pieces in the first place. A good subrogation attorney can succeed through diligence, attention to detail, and flexible, innovative thinking, even when the claim or the facts are less than ideal.”

Flint, Michigan.
I’m married to Becca, the love of my life and my partner in trying to remain sane while raising our five children: Ben, Alex, Nora, Max, and Violet.
In my spare time…I don’t have spare time. Didn’t you see the sentence above about the five kids? Theoretically, though, traveling is my favorite pastime. I’m a fan of interesting bourbons and craft beers and a diehard music snob.
Before law school, I worked as a freelance writer, D.J., bartender, private investigator, and record-store manager (not at the same time, though that would have been something). And practicing law is still my favorite job ever.
