Professional Background

Josh Whicker is an associate in our Michigan office. Josh joined Denenberg Tuffley in 2024 and concentrates his practice in the areas of large loss property subrogation and construction defect litigation.

As counsel for plaintiffs, Josh has experience in complex litigation including class action and mass tort matters before state and federal courts, including the national multi-district opioid litigation. He also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in complex construction disputes where attention to detail and analysis of contract documents are the difference between failure and success.
