Professional Background

Mr. Arnkoff joined Denenberg Tuffley in 2024 and has been practicing law since 2001. As counsel for plaintiffs, Mr. Arnkoff concentrates his experience in areas of subrogation, product liability, and negligence cases.

Mr. Arnkoff began his career as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney. Mr. Arnkoff was then an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for ten years. After a dozen years in the criminal field, Mr. Arnkoff worked at an insurance defense firm for over ten years, primarily defending lawyers and other professionals, as well as defending general liability claims, such as product liability and subrogation matters. Throughout his career, Joshua has always enjoyed helping others with their legal matters and finding the best solution.

In my (rare) free time, you can find me on the Peloton bike or tread, and I’m a proud member of the Peloton Dads group (#dadswhospin). I also enjoy playing tennis and pickleball. I am an avid bourbon collector. I enjoy reading spy and crime novels (especially at a beach).

You’d Never Guess:

I did security at Tiger Stadium, Joe Louis Arena, and Comerica Park during college and law school. One highlight was being George Steinbrenner’s personal bodyguard for two games at Tiger Stadium. I’m also the Emcee and DJ for a girls high-school hockey team.
