Harrison Smith joined Denenberg Tuffley in 2024 after practicing as a defense attorney litigating a broad range of matters, including complex toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, construction, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate and mortgage foreclosure, and employment law.

Based on his prior litigation experience, Mr. Smith serves his subrogation clients by effectively evaluating and zealously prosecuting the cases. Since joining the firm, Mr. Smith has drawn on his prior defense experience to successfully negotiate and resolve high-stakes, complex matters.
